Recruitment & Training Manager (Location: Jakarta) CODE: RTM-JKT

Qualifications:

· Degree holder in Phsycology / Law / Management or related discipline.

· Minimum 3 years of relevant experience (Hospitality background will be prefered).

· Having hands on skill in recruitment, people development & training.

· Resourceful, well organized and result-driven team leader/player

· Knowledge of ISO 9001 : 2000 and HACCP system will be advantages.

· Fluent in English written and oral.

· Computer literature (Powerpoint, Ms Word, Ms Excel)

· Willing to travel.





HR Officer (Location: Kalimantan) CODE: HRO-BPN



Qualifications:

· At least degree holder in Law / Psychology / Management

· At lest 3 years experience in the related field.

· Good understanding of Labor Law and Regulation.

· Have relevant experience in training and recruitment.

· Can work independently with minimum supervision.

· Having good leadership skills.

· Has an update knowledge of ISO 9001 : 2000 will be an advantage.

· Computer literature (Powerpoint, Ms Word, Ms Excel)





HR Staff - 2 positions (Location: Jakarta) CODE: HRS-JKT



Qualifications:

· At least degree holder in Law / Psychology / Management

· At lest 2 years experience in the related field.

Training Officer (Location: Papua) CODE: TRO-PAP

Qualifications:

· Minimum Diploma III Perhotelan (Food Production) / S1 Psychology, Management.

· At least 2 years of working experience in the related field in same position, preferably from hospitality industry.

· Good planning and orientation for trainning programme and able to make training need analysis and training evaluation.

· Good teaching and communications skill, excellent management and leadership skills, energetic, hardworking good personality and willing to travel.

· Having good leadership skills.

· Has an update knowledge of ISO 9001 : 2000 will be an advantage.

· Computer literature (Powerpoint, Ms Word, Ms Excel)
